Derrick is the co-founder with Kali Ma of MahaSiddha Buddhism, a non-profit religious organization. He is also the co founder of it's projects, the School for Yogic Buddhism and Good Earth Clinic. Derrick practiced Hatha Yoga and meditation since 1995. Since then they have together led eight Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainings and founded the school for Yogic Buddhism (see the Mandala) and five communities. Derrick is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, QRA Practitioner and specializes in the Ayurvedic pulse.

Aruna Rigdzin has studied with Kali Ma for seven years and is initiated as a Yogini in our lineage. During that time she has attended every teaching, training and retreat Kali Ma has offered. She is the Managing Director of MahaSiddha Dharma and is the primary teacher of our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and is an assistant teacher in all the training courses offered by the School for Yogic Buddhism. Aruna is certified as a an Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher, as a Panchakarma Technician, as a Meditation Instructor and Yoga Therapist.

The Vajra Sangha are Kali Ma personal students. Central to the lives and realization of the MahaSiddhas was the highly personalized nature of their training, where the cirucumstances and life experience of the the practitioner is utlized by the teacher as the basis for training the student in meditative awareness. In Vajrayana, this relationship is known as the relationship with one's "root teacher." The Vajra Sangha have taken Kali Ma Troma Rigtsal Khandro as their Root Teacher, and therefore practice under her direction through intensive trainings, question and answers, personal instruction, informal activity, group meditations and by participating in the Sangha activities.
